Hi, I'm Noelle Kingston, founder of Kingston Cleaning Co.
I started Kingston Cleaning Co. with a simple goal: to provide the kind of cleaning service I'd want for my own home - thorough, dependable, and completed with exceptional attention to detail.

Our Story
Kingston Cleaning Co. is more than a business. It's a journey that has come full circle.
I grew up on Vancouver Island in a military family where hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in what you do were simply part of everyday life. My grandparents worked on the military base, my mom worked on the base, and from a young age I was surrounded by people who believed that if a job was worth doing, it was worth doing well.
My first jobs were alongside my mom, mowing lawns, cleaning homes, and pretty much anything else she could put me to work doing. Those early experiences taught me the importance of showing up, working hard, and taking pride in every task, no matter how big or small. Looking back, I realize I was raised by workhorses, and I owe my work ethic to them.
As life brought me to Alberta, my career took a different direction into the oil and gas industry, but cleaning never completely disappeared. For years, I continued cleaning commercial properties as a part-time job. Along the way, the roles even reversed, and my mom became my helper instead of the other way around.
Today, my mom and I have come full circle by building Kingston Cleaning Co. together. We're back to the work that first taught me the value of hard work, pride, and the satisfaction that comes from doing a job well.
One lesson from my grandfather has stayed with me my entire life. He believed your word was one of the most valuable things you could own. If you made a promise, you kept it. If you said you were going to do something, you followed through. To him, trust wasn't earned through words alone. It was earned by doing what you said you would do.
He also believed your last name was your legacy. It represented your family, your values, and the way you carried yourself through life. Those lessons have stayed with me ever since.
That's why I chose the name Kingston Cleaning Co. It isn't just a business name. It's my family's name, and it's a standard I hold myself to every single day. When I tell a client a job has been completed, I'm not simply saying it's finished. I'm saying it was done with care, pride, and attention to detail. I'm proud to put my name on every job because I want the Kingston name to represent quality, reliability, and trust.
As a mother of three daughters, this business means more to me than building a successful company. It's an opportunity to lead by example. I want my girls to see that hard work, determination, and believing in yourself can take you further than you ever imagined. I want them to understand that your reputation is earned, your word matters, and the way you treat people will always be remembered.
